I truly believe anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Defeat only exists if you let it get the better of you. I love what I do and am passionate about fitness. I am constantly innovating and evolving my training programmes to ensure my clients stay fit and continue to enjoy their fitness.

ANNA CLARKE ELITE FITNESS

I am a self confessed fitness fanatic. 😜❤️ I competed in athletics at a high level in my teens and my passion for athletism, specifically running, continues to this day. I am now an elite runner and compete in marathons around the world including; London, Sardinia, New York, Chicago and Berlin.

My work ethic is second to none and I truly believe that hard work and dedication leads to achieving your goals and maximising your fitness potential.

I care about the results my clients achieve and that means giving more than just a training programme. I have been working in fitness for over a decade and during this time have invested heavily in self development. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer as well as holding qualifications in multiple additional fitness disciplines.


Favourite Exercises

ANNA CLARKE ELITE FITNESS

My favourite type of training is HIIT cardio mixed with plyometrics and compound training. HIIT cardio consists of short burst of high intensity cardio output. Plyometrics engages the core and combines functional movements with balance, isolation, unilateral movements and hyperextensions. Compound training consists of working multiple muscle groups at the same time with a continuous movement or motion.
